The place is nice and clean, but you really need to take a second look. The walls are so thin, I could hear my neighbors talking. All the construction is very cheap and smoke leaks throughout the entire building...including your own apartment. For the prices they charge, it's not worth it.

Besides the apartments, the neighborhood is not a safe area. Cars are broken into, and there is lots of theft and vandalism to the cars in the garage.

I was the second person to move into the building, so I've been there to see a lot. You are correct in that the area is nice. Everything is new and we visited the nearby restaurants frequently. However there have been many, many issues in the parking garage. Multiple times, police have been called, broken car windows, fights, etc. It was bad enough that they had to hire extra security. As far as the cigarette smoke goes....just wait until winter. People will begin smoking in the stairwells, because it's too cold to go outside. And the noise level probably depends on who you live next to. Most of the units are not currently occupied. The walls are much thinner than other apartments. See the other person's review. He agrees about this and the level of poor construction materials.

I have lived at this place for a couple of months and disagree. The area is nice and there is tons to do. My apartment is typically quiet and I have not had any issues with cigarette smoke. Being that is brand new the price is reasonable.

I agree with this person. I've lived here for 8 months, and we can hear our upstairs neighbor clearly when he talks and walks around. People are constantly smoking cigarettes and marijuana in the stairwell and the smell is in the hallway. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone that I liked.
