I've been a resident here for 8 months and its been an absolute nightmare! Yes, its new and there's some nice perks, but the office manager is a complete moron likewise with the rest of the staff. The office manager will talk down to you as if your an idiot, she should go back to her own country and be a pain in the ass there! Residents don't pick up after their dogs so there's dog crap all over the side walks and in the stairwells. Don't forget the dog urine in the stairwell. The parking is horrible. Don't bother with the parking garage, the easy access parking is reserved for the 4th floor residents or the possible future residents (an incentive to lease). The walls are paper thin, I can hear neighbor upstairs and his wild and crazy dog. So think twice before renting here! I also know that drugs are solded here. I've seen the purchase and exchange nearly every night. The stairwell reeks of cigarette and marijuana smoke. The residents here have broken the security door. There's no need for the security sensor to get in. I've even talked to the front office, office manager no less, and was told they would get to it, but the door was never fixed. All the money spent to live in a secure building wasted! The construction is cheap and poorly done. The paint rubs off when I run my hand against it. The blinds constantly fall if I try to open them. My car was damaged because there's teenagers that hang outside at night and skateboard up and down the street. the fire alarm goes off in the middle of the night at least once a month because of a malfunction with the sprinkler system that they haven't fixed yet. When I've had things shipped via FEDEX, UPS or DHL all the delivery guys have commented how rude and condescending the front office staff is. Looks are definitely deceiving, so beware before renting here!
