I've lived at Alexan Belmar for almost a year now, and can say that for the most part, I've enjoyed my time here. The property is kept clean, welcoming, and I've greatly enjoyed the staff on location. They have been quick to respond to any concerns I've had, and have always treated me great. I'm use to apartment management being nice when you're looking, and after you sign a lease the customer service and they could care less attitude whenever you ask questions or raise concerns. Here, I've experiences the exact opposite! I look forward to seeing the management and know they value me as a tenant.

It is true that folks with any criminal record will be turned away, and for that I am thankful. As a single lady I am thankful for one less thing I have to be concerned about in where I live. I have never experienced any problems in the parking garage (as one such comment reads), and am most thankful to not have to scrap my windows in the winter. As with any place you park your car, your car is subject to being targeted by vandals, as is the case no matter where you live in Denver-Metro. I would like to know what was in sight in the car that made their car appealing to thieves.

As to the washer & dryer connections, the management removed the one that was in my apartment since I had my own. This was no problem, contrary to what someone else had written.

My best advice for anyone considering renting here take your own tour, ask questions and make sure that what you need to know (e.g. can I bring my own washer), is the honest truth and not just one persons assumptions.
