When we originally moved in it was an average apartment for a really low price. Due to the age, one of the pipes burst over our apartment, it took almost a week for someone to come fix it. For the next couple of months more and more shady people moved in and it went entirely downhill. My car was hit in their parking lot at night, Mountain Vista refused to even speak with me about it. In fact I was rewarded with a tow notice from their company because apparently I had expired license plates (which I didn't) The manager was horribly rude and would not dismiss the tow notice and I almost had my car towed. The customer service, buildings and tenants were so bad we broke our lease early and moved out. I would strongly suggest not living here if you value your possessions, your peace of mind or your money.
