Over all the apartments could be bigger, but the price is great. The neighbors are quiet and friendly, mostly college students and elderly. Office staff are nice, we have never had a problem, except a couple of miscommunications. Most of the residents have pets, including ourselves. Great place for pets because of the easy acces to the mountains and parks.
Utilities are at an optional fixed rate, including heat. In other words, unlimited hot showers. Good place to live.
