I have lived here for about six months and so far, it's pretty nice. Relatively inexpensive, and decent amenities. The staff is extremely helpful. At one point, there was construction going on outside our window at about nine in the morning. The construction itself wasn't particularly loud, but the guys who were doing it were blasting their radio. We could literally hear it through out our entire apartment. I made a short phone call to the office and within ten minutes, the music was gone.
Overall, the grounds are well-kept, service is excellent, and the apartments exceptional. Sometimes we can hear the neighbors, but not enough to be terribly bothered by it.
