Nice place to live. with very bad cable.

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
A great quiet place to live but parking is hard to find late at night and our car was broken into last night. We are on the second floor but the building is on a hill so five flights of stairs to move in to appartment. The Cable here sucks and is $50 a month for basic.
