I lived at Americana as a year and a half temporary stay until I could get back on my feet. The prices were competitive but the units were small. The complex itself was generally very queit but the noise from the complex down the hill spilled over to Americana. The staff was friendly and prompt, however, when needed. If possible, request a unit that looks unobstructed to the East and you will enjoy an amazing view of Denver and the surrounding area. Overall recommended for a single person or as an interim stay on the way to a more permanent home.
