I live on the top (third) floor, so I don't know about noise from tenants who live above you, but you can hear your next door neighbors pretty well. I've had some issues with my neighbor "Steve" who likes to party with his "buds" until 3 or 4 in the morning. The location here is good, you're not on a busy street and you feel somewhat removed but you're close to 6th Ave. for commuting purposes. It is not unusual to see mule deer or fox near the property. Also, a big plus is that you're fairly close to Green Mountain open space for hiking and biking. Overall, not a bad place to live if you can live in a small apartment (my 1 bedroom is 633 sq. ft.) and if you don't want a clubhouse with a lot of amenities - they have a small pool, but that's about it.
