I will admit that the parking is a bit crowded,but overall I have loved living here! The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful! The units are a tad on the small side, but you can't beat the price considering the complex is located in Green Mountain! Quite, safe neighborhood with plenty of sidewalks. Roads and parking lot are excellenty maintained in winter! Convenient to Colorado Mills, Belmar, 6th Ave and I-70. I would highly recommend living here!
