Clean apartments, I was able to install DSL in my unit after 3 years but Qwest is your only choice and you can forget about digital cable since AT&T service of any kind is not an option in this place. I hated their cable company which by the way is too pricey for the selection and I needed cable broadband internet so I had to move. Besides that fact and that my car got broken into twice in this apparently quiet neighborhood good place to pay rent.
