Poor Staff, Management, & Clientelle

My fiance and I lived there because its CHEAP. Not only is the rent low, the quality of people that live there, work, and manage the comples are of substandard quality. My friends have described it as a pay-by-the-hour motel, and thats exactly what it looks like.
The people that live there are of 3 groups: drug users/dealers who party all night and have random people show up at all hours of the day and night. Second is "trailer trash" type (every race). They have cars in pieces in the parking lot, Lay-z-boy furnature & garbage on the walk ways, and throw trash (paper, cigarette butts, ect) off the balcony. Finally (and smallest group - maybe 5% of population) respectable people. These are the people that stick to themselves, clean up after themselves, & are generally nice people. The people are only one of the problems.
Management and staff are just as low quality as the clientelle. The manager lies and scams to get what he needs done. He doesnt care about the well being of the people living there as he doesnt send people out for several weeks to fix problems (I was out of heat & used the stove for over a month). Billing policy changed when he came & over 30% of the people got late charges because of this major screw up. The staff that works there is no better. A neighbor had a leaking pipe (which ruined all her clothes) and they put duct tape over the leak. When that didnt fix the problem it took 4 days to come and look at it, another 4 days to try and fix the problem, and yet another 4 days to actually get it solved. The people dont care about this complex or people living there. Maintenance staff tries to scam the people there for money every chance they can if its after hours. Lockout fee = $10, they charge $20-50. Major problem = $0, they charge whatever they want if it inconvienances them. Very poor staff.
As I stated earlier this complex looks like, and for the most part serves people that go to pay-by-the-hour motel. HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED!!!!!
1. Parking - parking lots are adequate to house all the cars but most dont run and are in various looks of disrepair. Some even have parts lying around while they are waiting to get repaired.
2. Noise Level - Depending on what time of the day determines how loud it is, but theres always something you can hear. Whether it be music, screaming children, barking dogs, arguing couples, and engines that way exceed the dB levels for legal.
3. Grounds - If you can call them that' Theres cigarette butts, glass, bottles, trash, and food everywhere. Oh yeah, DOG POOP so bad the area smells & looks like a doggie poo mine field. Very dangerous for animals and people like me who like to go w/o shoes. Theres almost no grass as well. The pictures you see on the net or in postcards must be very old because you now see 80% dirt and the grass they do have is dead even when they can water. This may (imagine this) because they didnt water once until the very end of summer.
4. Safety - What safety' Look up some of the incidents from Denver papers & the Lakewood Police Dept. Murders, robberies, rapes, thefts, muggings..... Just hop online and look for yourself. If I had known this I would have said NO WAY!!! Theres no lighting and with the drug problem (and no background check now) the people that live there are a major problem.
5. Construction - It may have been good back in the day but its fallen to disrepair. Im going to report them to the building inspectors because of the shape theyre in. The balcony walk ways are leaning and have pulled the railings from the buildings. Light fixtures and outlets spark, heat is either frozen or like an oven.

8. Recommendation - ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!! Id never have chosen to live here if I had known about all the problems with this complex. Its a haven for drugs and crime so if thats what youre looking for live here.
