Bear Valley Village Apartments

No frills, but a nice place to live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/31/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007 1 response   I have lived at Bear Valley Village for about two years now, and I have to say that overall I have been very happy here. I have only had to have a maintenance guy one time to fix my air conditioner a few months ago, but he came the next day and I haven't had a problem since. I know that the old owners/managers were pretty shady, but the new staff is a complete 180. I have always found them to be helpful and professional, and the maintenance staff is great too, from my experience. I have found it to be surprisingly quiet- quieter than any other apartment I've lived in! Parking is easy, there's an indoor pool, laundry is on-site, and you just can't beat the rent. So I would say, if you're looking for something basic but still nice, it's really a pretty good deal. Hope I helped!
