Ok, this place isn't the Ritz, but for what I pay a month including my utilities it isn't a crack shack either. I understand they now have a full maintenance staff. Not only full but actual maintenance guys that know what the hell they are doing for once! I've been here for some time now while I'm getting things together to buy a house. So the month to month lease term is quite convenient for me anyway. There have been a few loud neighbors, they were served compliances and if they continued they were evicted. As for the raking of the leaves in NOVEMBER'' Well I personally knew the man that did that. Little does whoever is posting these bad reviews know that the man who raked those November leaves had a mental disability. He lived here he wasn't a maintenance man. It's unfortunate that you would take it upon yourself to believe you know everything about your community and basically poke fun at someone who has no relation to management, but just finding peace raking NOVEMBER leaves. The leasing girls asked me to post a review, so I did especially after reading the many negative ratings. As a resident I'm happy to help! This is my home until I buy my house. New management has been nothing but helpful including hiring all new staff to make sure as residents our needs are continuously acknowledged and taken care of. I have received new appliances upon request and as long as I inform them of things they need attention and they are fixed. I would and have recommended these apartments to friends!

Whatever full of ----!!! They are making up stuff to get the ratings up. All of the sudden they have 3 or 4 good reviews in a row.....YEAH RIGHT!!! It's FAKE!! Even though I no longer live there I drive by 5 times a week it's still horrible!!

The apartments still suck. BEDBUGS, no hot water half of the time, loud pipes, loud enough to shake the floors. The windows are so thin you have to put your heater on 90 and it only gets to about 65 in the apartments. They overcharge for water and gas every month, in the neighborhood of 90 bucks. For hot water that doesn't even work half of the time. They can throw as much paint and new carpet over the place but it will always be a crap hole. The cops may not come as much but the people living there are still horrid, just sneakier. And yeah, unfortunately for me, I still live in these crap hole apartments.
