We lived here for 3 months while looking for a house. It was one of the few places that offered a 3 month lease. The apartments are not nearly as nice as they seem online, but they were o.k. Noise was not a facter even being next to the basketball and tennis courts. There was a problem with trash in the common areas. People would have picnics and leave trash spread all over. It took several days for it to get cleaned up.

On move out we were charged $350 in addition two are $99 security deposit. Cleaning fees were totally unreasonable. They also attempted to charge for damage that was documented in the move-in inspection. My recommendation to any renter is to take photos prior to move-in and at move out, and to be present at the move-out inspection. I plan on fighting these charges but wish I had pictures to back them up.
