i have lived here for 4mths. i have had no trouble getting main. out to my apt when needed and in a timely fashion. the only issue would be rude neighbors. i have had two sets of neighbors above me that had no respect for the fact that they had someone living below them. some days its like a herd of elephants live above me. for the price im paying i have no real complaints except for the fact that W/D hookups would be nice b/c having to go to the laundry room to do my laundry is a hassle for me.
