Many Issues

Avoid this complex completely. The pool is extreamly crowded with 20-30 people there at a time, music blasting, kids unattended and many non-residents. We had so many issues a pipe explode in our kitchen and we could not get a hold of night maintenace. The up stairs waste just dumped into our appartment. The snow removal was non-existant. We had to park on the street for about 4 weeks last winter. I had my car broken in to twice while living here the parking lots are very dark and dangerous. I am moving out soon and cannot wait. Avoid my pain and suffering do not rent here or any other propety managed by Carmel.
