I cannot wait to move out of bel mar villas. they are way to expensive for how crappy the apartments really are. i am willing to pay what they charge but the apartments are so gross and badly kept the laundry room is really gross. they never clean up around the complex either. they never answer the phone in the leasing office. and the leasing people are really rude unless you want to lease there... once you do they are rude. the work out room is a joke and so is the pool.. i like to think of the pool as the bath house for most of the residents... (sorry)... this place is a joke!!!
