Annoyed most of the time.

The apartments were decent, but maintenance was always entering to fix or check something.
About 4 times a year you would get a notice on your door that a mandatory check of something, whether is be the water heater, fire alarm or air vent was needed.
Couldnt they do it in one trip' Nope, it was occur once a month for 4 months in a row maintenance were entering your apartment.
Never mind pets they didnt care.
Another annoyance is that the turnover in the main office was high.
You go in there one day and would see all new faces.
You go back to talk to the same person and they werent there anymore.
Too many inexperienced staff.
All new and couldnt answer your question, or you would get 3 different answers from talking to 3 different people.
Customer service lacked.
No one ever answers the phone.
I tried calling several days in a row and would always get the answering machine.
To get an answer you have to go wait in the main office to get help face to face.
There are better places out there in Lakewood.
