I lived here when I was a single mother and trying to make ends meet. I liked the fact that the manager and maintenance man lived on site and was always there when I needed them (even in the middle of the night when the water wouldn't turn off). Always fixed things right away but things only went wrong a couple times in over 2 years. Always felt safe because it was a smaller apartment complex. Kinda weird that it's not really located on a street but that was nice because no one new the apartments were there so very calm and quite. Laundry rooms always clean and working well. Play ground and pool area always clean.....nothing fancy but nice to have. Overall this place was not new but a very nice place to live when you don't have much money.
