When I moved in I was told parking was on a first come first served basis. Now the apartment complex has chosen to leave that policy in effect except for there maintanence staff... who now have signs reserving the best parking spots just for them! Aparently normal residences (their customer) don't matter. Further, the units are way over priced for the lack of features and service provide. I will be moving out soon and would not recommend this complex to anyone.
