After telling management that we were going to be late on the Rent for Jan due to an error with employee check and was told " Dont worry about it" just keep me informed, but I will have a late payment, I came home to find papers from Lawyers with no case number, court date and an eviction letter. I think that there is a time when a resident will experiance a issue like this or some other unfortunatly reason that we may be late once and being on time all other times should constitute a break. Now we have additional fees of $300.00 on top of the $35.00 late fee, now what whould you do''' A lease protect them, but what protects us when management is saying otherwise'' 1800.00 for an two bedroom apartment that has NO doulble pane windows and no matter how much you turn the heater up, YOU ARE STILL COLD!!!!!

These places are very poorly built. Insulation is horrible, the cold always gets in no matter what you do. Privacy is impossible and they run their own hours in the office. Its never open when they say it should be, never! or when you call, you get the answering machine, all the time! and if you go to the office, the manager is playing on games on the pc. Priorities, real priorites!
