It looks like a dive. It is... The apartments are from the 60's and look the part.
The doors are all puke pink and have been plastered where holes use to be. Door knobs are from the 60's. Rugs are just gross. If your a non-smoker be prepared for the nicotine to come through the ceiling and land on you. The neighbors do not keep track of their bratty children.
The Assistant Manager can have a dog, but you would get evicted for having one.
Her daughter runs the kids on the property and is very rude to the adults.
The Assistant Manager is just plain rude. She has family living on property that think they run the property.
No ventilation in the bathrooms or kitchen. Average cost of utility for gas/electric is 138 or more due to the lack of proper windows and front doors. You have to park on an incline. My car has been vandalized 3 times. Play ground is for the teens, if your children go to play they get beat up on.
Not to mention the bad mouths. Try to explain to the kids what the F word means. Not to mention the swimming pool is closed 2 months out of the 3 that it is to be open.

DO NOT RENT HERE VERY VERY BAD, could not wait to move from property....

And 6 years later and I cant say its changed much. everything you said still happens, as you said it. Dont rent here!
