This started out as a nice cheap place, and somewhere along the line, it became a horrible and loud place to live.
I'll list a few problems, so you can judge
1) BED BUGS! Manager refuses to have the whole building sprayed, even though they are clearly moving from apt. to apt. Gross!
2) Crazy drunks yelling at all hours.
3) Very snotty manager, who doesn't care for customer service, unless you haven't signed a lease yet.
4)Abused and neglected kids playing in filth and sorrow, no one seems to care, it's very sad.
5) Roving bands of delinquents.
6) No assigned parking, so you have to park on a hill.
