This place is worse than the last one I lived at. Everything that has been said negative in alternative posts is right on the money. All complaints to the manager either go ignored or debated. Their maintenance to this day get treated better than the residents. It seems their priorities come first. Its also very sad to see that tenants here have to have a visit from social services to get their lazy lives together and take care of their children. Noise is constant, with alcoholic or loud tenants at all hours of the night. The assistant manager conviently loses & forgets to put in complaints to the manager again and again. Legitimate complaints get ignored and ridiculous complaints get followed up on. This place is a filth hole that collects rent for their own benefit then pretends that the problems of the complex either aren't their problem or don't occur. Theres plenty more where this came from, just keep your eyes open and it won't take long to see it, too bad the manager don't live here to be annoyed for $$$ a month. I guess its in the lease, lol Oh ya and dont worry. Im getting the #%@! outta here when the lease is up!
