i lived here for 4 years. The apartments are large, but i think they cost to much for how old they are. the neighborhood started out really nice, but the apartments had really cheap rent specials which brought in a different kind of people, so the neighborhood suffered because of it. the manager is pretty nice, but its owned by a large uncareing corporation. i was here 4 years and still never got a screen door for the porch. old appliances in desperate need of updateing. nice pool, but full of kids on weekends.
