I lived there for 5 years. The manager was nice at the time, but it turned iut she was srealing money. The upkeep on the place is just ok. I had problems with leaky water, which actully ruined the downstairs apartment. The appliances are in DESPERATE need of updating. I also has my storage unit broken into and a bunch of stuff was stolen, and the management company sent no apology no compensation, no nothing. The laundry rooms are unsafe if someone corners you down there. The pool is ok, but has TONS OF KIDS on weekends. The apartments themselves are really pretty large and roomy. I loved my balcony as well. over all I would give this place a 3 for management and a 4/12 for the apartment size, and a 2 for the appliacnes in the apartment
