I have been living here for 18 months now and enjoy every aspect of the community. The rent is fair and the ground are well kept. The maintance crew does a great job with taking care of all my needs. Way to go Ricky!
I would recommend Hillside point to anyone who is looking for a nice and safe place to live. The nieghborhood is great and they are building the new downtown just down the street which is walking distance.

Ok...The bad part.... Susan Hunt. She is the manager. All I got to say is she is downright mean. She's friendly to you before you move in, but then after that she becomes mean.

Just as long as you don't deal with her and deal with her assistant I'ts a great place to live.
