Good Place to live. Manager is very rude and unreasonable.

Hillside Pointe is a great place to live as far as the groungs upkeep, noise level and safety. The only down part is the manager, Susan Hunt. She is very rude and acts like she is better than everyone. And the late fee for rent is OUTRAGEOUS. If you are one day late they charge you $93.00!!! I would recommend it for short term living but definately not a place to stay at for longer than a year.
