or repairs. Lied about not having smoke problems coming into apartment, won't evict someone who has not kept the rules, treats me like I'm an idiot and bad guy when requesting repairs or notifying them of problems. They state they have a responsible, caring staff and keep repairs up, but they don't. The only caring staff is the assitant manager. The manager is extremely rude, obnoxious and ignorant.
