worst apartment complex i ever lived at, rude management and problematic units. the units have so much maintenance issues and the manger is a drunk who does not care about any of her tenants. she treats you like crap no matter how loyal you have been with your rent.

It sure isn't our fault you were late with your rent. We don't make the rules, we just enforce them. And, all of your minor maintenance issues were taken care of promptly and professionally so, good luck at your next residence. And as for your attempted character assassination, it just shows your maturity level.

I find the fact that the management here has taken the time to respond critically to every negative review posted on this forum rather troubling, and it discourages me from choosing these apartments far more than any of the negative reviews themselves. This is not a forum for discussion or argument of quality, it is a forum of reviews, opinions, and advice aimed towards prospective tenants. I would encourage you, the management, to take into account the number of people who have commented on your service, and what you might be doing to encourage these feelings, as well as simply allowing people to post their opinions and advice on forums such as these without being attacked. Also be aware that people wouldn't be posting so many negative reviews about your management were there not clearly problems with it.
