If all you need is a place to sleep and aren't home very often- rent here!

The rent is pretty reasonable but the staff is NOT helpful. Our hallway lights were out for 6 days (the hallway was PITCH BLACK) and the maintence department didn't see how this is a safety issue. It is also very easy to hear your neighbors. Also, in the winter my room is freezing!
