Wow. I remember when this was new. A cool lagoon. Clubhouse. Fresh parking lot.
Time has NOT been kind to this one. Crappiest tile floors I have ever seen. Elevator 20 years past its prime. Cheap white paint on absolutely everything (used to have a liberal use of wood beams. When that was hip. About 20 years ago also)
Funky assed smells everywhere. Carpet is garbage throughout. Locks are mostly shot. Goofballs hanging around everywhere. Would you swim in this pool'' Better off to swim in the "lagoon" A.K.A. slimy ditch.
Just had a nasty infestation of bugs that look like lady bugs but are black. Some strange ---- indeed -- I know because one of them jumped on my 83 year old fathers pant cuff and proceeded to totally infest his apartment, in his absolutely spotless condo. Cost me $2000 on that one.
Supposedly they "sprayed" for these bugs. Yeah, just like they spray for cockroaches. You will never kill these cockroaches. Most of them live on various floors and occasionally pay some rent.
I do like the parking lot though. Assorted neighbor kids can play "dugout" in the potholes at the rear of the lot. Also good to abandon a stolen car, or take 3 or 4 months to pull out the engine of your junker to fix that pesky rear main oil leak.
A shame really. As all things go down hill, without fanatical maintenance, this one is primo example. Hopeless, unless the owners want to dump in about $1 million.
