The apartment itself is what one would expect for the price. My main complaint living here is the neighbors. Dogs are allowed and many people have large, noisy dogs which they keep on their balconys. Due to the semi-circular orientation of the buildings the barking echos, increasing it's volume. Also, the neighbors allow their children to use the interior hallways as a playground, so the screaming and running is constant. They also feel that the hallway is their personal space to leave their bicycles. Finally, any unpleasant smell from the neighbors cooking somehow gets in no matter what I do to stop it. My apartment is always stinky. Beware the units by the elevator/ laundry/ garbage area, because they are more noisy and the garbage smell gets in if people "forget" to close the garbage door. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
