Bad place to live

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
The location and price drew us in, but everything else is horrible. You do not feel safe here, the apartment constantly stinks, and the people who live here are inconsiderate and loud. They will also charge a lot for your water/gas bill, they told us to expect around $60 and our bills are around $120, just for gas. You will also not have airconditioning that works, and maintenence will take days to help you out. Avoid this place!
