For the Price, it's a great place to live!

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
My husband and I moved here after selling our home. We love it. We never hear our neighbors, at least not very often. The location is terrific and we love walking to coffee in the morning, or to eat, or to the library, etc. Are there drawbacks' Yes. The Geese leave so much dung that you have to watch where you step when going to the car, and the parking lot needs attention. But the maintenance is terrific and the neighbors are very nice. I love sitting on our porch with the fountain running, watching the children and the dogs.
