Cons: 1) where did you park' about 10 smash-and-grab-broken-car windows per week (if living here beat otheres to lighted spots next to leasing office) this crime sells more covered/lit parking spots
2) read fine print' you have to get them to agree in writing that that you plan to move-out at the end of your lease or they will charge you an extra 2 months at exorbitant "market rates" personally i'd never such slimey before
3) minor: goose poop everywhere, high energy bills due to poor ventilation-hallways doors windows propped open, cheap materials eg plaster always falling off the wall, etc "place falling apart" appearence
pros: noise from adjoing apts is minimal, next to shopping
