My husband, his mother and I live there for 9 months. We had 2 cars between the three of us. My husband and I had retail jobs and so we got home well after 10pm at night. We never found a parking spot, except on the street of course and that was tough. My mother in law was a nurse and she would be home during the day and work at night. One day she came home early in the morning and went to sleep, that same day she had a sticker on her car that said that it hadn?t been moved for 3 days and that it will be towed in 24 hours if it was not moved. She found that sticker on her car right before she went to work! My advice is if you value your car, DON?T move here!!! My husbands car was towed right before he went to work and when we confronted the management it became a heated argument! We later on went to the BRE properties to get out of our lease early because that was too much!!! DON?T MOVE HERE!!!!
Also, the rent is too much for what you get, our property wasn?t even ready when we moved in! We had to wait 2 days to move all of our stuff in, days that we had to pay for.
Don't call for the maint. people to fix anything in your apartment, they will trash your things just like they did ours!!!
