This is the first so-called luxury apartment I have lived in. My expectations may be too high but when I am paying so much for a place I expect everything to be close to perfect. Most of the problems I have experienced are things one really couldn't know about until living in the apartment. I have had numerous maintenance calls on the refrigerator and on the toilet. I have also had some problems with insects. If you like spiders though, it's ok. :-) In spite of these problems though the area is still a very nice place to live.
