Apartments all have a bunch of amenities and are in decent shape. The insulation was bad and the management changes frequently. There is a woman that has left twice that was a complete b*tch (name is Jessie) but everyone else was friendly and helpful. Parking is rediculous- not nearly enough to accomodate the cars. Often, the racoons get in loud fights by the creek and wake me up. Neighbors keep to themselves although the floors are paper thin and the neighbors WILL complain frequently that you are "walking to hard". Have seen a car broken into occasionally but I felt safe. Overall, I recommend these apartments if you have a lot of cash to spend on the high rent.
