Landing at Bear Creek

I thought this was a great place when I moved in and even when I signed my second lease, but now because of timing and late notice on managements part I had to sign a third lease and really didn't want to. I have had several problems with maintenance. I think the rent is over priced for what you get. Meaning: tile in the apartments is old and worn with black marks and glue still on the walls. Carpet is at least 5-7 years old and is stained. The window treatments are broken including the screens. The fireplaces will start to smell like gas if it's even a bit windy outside.
They keep raising the rent price without adding to the quailty of living. Seems like management is too excited to fill a vacancy instead of realizing that these apartments are people's homes. We have had a caution tape up on our steps for three months when a step broke. It is still not fixed! I really don't think I should be paying so much to come home to caution tape!
