We rented our appartment hastily due to a long distance move from NY and regret it. The parking is a horrible, so much so we added two garages to our lease to avoid the frustration. They overloaded the grounds with garages that few people seem to want, meaning everyone is fighting for the few available spots.
Our appartment was dirty when we moved in and required alot of time cleaning. The tile flooring is in bad shape with numerous gouges and very unattractive. The carpet was cleaned, but needed to be replaced due to cigarette burns, stains, and worn areas.
We also have a bug problem that maintenance will not address and a tub that they cannot seem to fix (going on 4th try). Overall impression is that management is not willing to invest in the buildings and grounds to bring the community to acceptable levels.
