Needs a overhaul

There are a few problems here. First, the good. The pool is beautiful. It is very nice and the clubhouse about the best ever. However, in the summer the kids from the townhomes jump the fence and take over the pool and it becomes noisy and crowded. There is a pungent smell by the creek like sewer waste. In the winter the ice and snow removal is pretty awful. It is so icy. They say there is nothing they can do. They also require you get renter's insurance to live here. So whose responsible if you fall' If you are disabled be very careful. There are alot of spiders in the apartments and some bugs probably from the creek. Inside needs some updating. Floors are marked up. Cabinets are outdated. No microwave here and the tub was pretty ugly and not a garden tub. If you bring a pet bring your checkbook. The deposit is hefty and there is a monthly fee per animal. If you add an animal there is another nonrefundable deposit. The lease ended in Nov. and they raised the rent not 10 dollars but $75! Ouch. It's nice to be by the path across the creek but hard to get to. There were a couple of times when the police were called out for domestic violence and a couple of other times when it was just loud. The steet noise can be loud on the opposite ends by Kipling.
