I wasn't all that happy with my one-bedroom on the ground level. Having a corner unit was great!! I didn't have a problem with noise. I had a lot of mail and neighbor problems. My mail packages were stolen from the front of my door and my neighbor would throw his garbage in front of my door and then complain about cleaning it up. My porch was always trashed with brush and bird droppings that I couldn't enjoy it and the buildings are too close in some areas that you see neighbors. Enjoyed the gas fireplace, tall ceilings and large bathroom.
