I have lived here for several months, and other than the usual complaints of noise from upstairs and walking through the outdoor cigarette smokers to get home, my main complaint is of people who let their dogs poop next to the sidewalks and in the grassy areas without cleaning up after them. Every dog owner in Colorado knows that they are supposed to carry poop baggies with them, but some people here don't care. It is disgusting to walk by old piles of poop every day to get to the mailbox. My only other complaint is that some walk areas stay icy, such as at the dumpsters, which makes it almost impossible to throw away garbage. There are several renters here in wheelchairs, and the icy driveway makes it hard for them to get outdoors. The office staff is great and they are quick to answer maintenance calls. They just need to make the area safer when it snows, by doing more salting or snow removal.
