Just when we get a good manager, David W., he is leaving. Maintence slow and sloppy. So many exterior lights are out. Ceilings in outside halls are falling down. Grafitti everywhere. Upstairs neighbors VERY loud & rude. Parking sometimes impossible in front of your bldg. Snow removal-very bad, icy steps & walkways. Fitness center very tiny!! Hope new mgmt keeps up the improvements David started. My apt was very clean when I moved in, but the carpet is old & has been patched together. Neighbors- lets have pride in our homes, we live here, lets not litter & deface the property. Safe & quiet place to live. Nice for pets. Close to shopping, walking, & mountains. The new management did not keep up what David W. did. They have really turned the complex for the worse.

THANK-YOU!! getting real bad. As fast as mgmt turns over, maybe we will get a better team soon. Hopefully before the snow needs shoveling, because that ain't going to happen!

i totally agree, but with 160 apts paying rent, why can't they get him help?

one maint man for 160 units pool,snow,grounds,workorders, makereadies,paint,a/c and heat,etc...give him a break!!!

"zepher57" give me a break. It seems you are part of the reason why nothing gets done. We will not give these people a break!! They have a job to do and they should be doing it. My job here is to pay rent and I expect my rent to pay for more help if needed. David is LAZY and Jackie is a JOKE!! David W. was better than Jackie. The best manager was Veronica!! WE MISS YOU SOOOOO MUCH!!!!

david w sucked!what did he do?open the office twice a week and hit on woman on the complex! i know i saw it,i would go in to pay my rent he would say nothing ask me nothing about my apt,nothing! he was a phony joke
