The place is run in a inept manner. Parking is a nightmare. You get towed if you don't have a little sticker on your car. So, if your little granny comes to visit she has to park on the street and navigate the hills that surround the place and pray that she doesn't break a hip doing so. Heating cost is ridiculous. It is divided between the tenants by the square footage they have. That never takes into account if the a*shole upstairs left his patio door open for two hours while it was 40 degrees outside. The office staff is not at all helpful. Other tenants are forever letting their animals defecate in the green area. Then it made the area smell and the kids could not go out and play without stepping in excrement. Just about every room has the switch working from lamps to be plugged in. We never found the upside down plug to indicate it was the one controlled by the switch and they never bothered to point it out upon move in. Let's just sum it up and say 'I was not impressed'.
