I've lived here for 2 years now, and nothing has changed much. There is one pool, outdoor, which is open at 10am-10pm, but kids still go in after ten and party. No one check on the locks to secure the area. Plus, every summer there is always some kind of construction that closes it down for a month. There is no fitness center or anything like that at all.

There are no doggy pick-up polls and trash for the animals people have.

Parking is a nightmare, there are not enough spaces for everyone living there, including street parking. There is little covered parking and you have to pay extra for it.

The staff are friendly, but do little to help the problem with noise and the trash and beer bottles left around cars. The apartments all have poor carpeting, and the walls are thin.

Most of the people living there are young and/ or have young families. Our neighbors have been mostly college students who are noisy, smoke and have parties at least 2 times a week. We've had some next door neighbors who where older, but they moved out after living there for a few years.

I've seen the cops there a few times breaking up domestic violence situations, as well as to come and take care of the noise and a meth lab once.

My recommendation is to look harder for a better complex than this one.
