I lived at Panorama West for about 5 years. The management and maintenence staff are great. The property is always kept up very well and the management team is always quick to help out.

The apartments are spacious and since they have windows on two and three sides it feels like you don?t really have adjoining neighbors. The appliances are fairly new and work really well.

Aside from the couple of rowdy college kids who come and go, the complex is clean, safe, and quiet. When you move in you get a parking permit which allows you to park on the property without being towed - great idea because the rowdy party kids always had parties and the towing company always towed out the riff-raffs cars!!

The only negative is they allow pets - no biggie, except for the occasional owner who doesn't scoop the poop.

I highly recommend it to anyone moving to the Lakewood/Green Mountain area.
