POLICE CITY From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/10/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   The walls are paper thin, I could hear everything my neighbors said. The parking is horrible you will park on the street if you get home after 6pm. The police are there all of the time and people are partying in the parking lot every weekend. One word...... GHETTO!!!!
